Building daily reflective practice. Improves customer experience

#StayingAwake. PASSION Toolset for Organisation & Leadership blocks

Hi I’m Rachael Orchard and I run a training company called PASSION Toolset which is a Journal, Workshop, Webinar and 90 Day embedded programme.  7 years ago I went on a coaching course and know that with the right person or tools we can all use this to daily reconnect to ourselves, our families, our company purpose and serving our employees and customers better.

You manage people and life is complicated and your biggest headache is everything?  You are trying to build your business whilst everyone around you thinks you’re nuts?  You are settling for a job as you don’t have the confidence in your unique abilities? Or it is just about staying inspired every single day to get the things done that your leadership role requires.

PASSION Toolset is a 7-letter acronym that was designed to sharpen your mindset, create higher performing behaviours and ultimately make life and work more enjoyable whilst smashing goals.

PASSION Toolset is being run internationally and can now be delivered totally online through a 90-Day Mastermind group.  This will entail an Initial 2 hour Workshop to deliver the Toolset, followed by an invitation into a Private Facebook group, Weekly Accountability Video calls and Daily Emails & Texts to embed the cultural shift you wish to see in your business.

It is essential to figure out what makes your teams work, and PASSION Toolset is a resource which has as its PRIMARY FOCUS building emotional awareness and behavioural regulation at all levels of interaction.

This means teams can build the solid foundation of trust, group identity, and group efficacy they need for true cooperation and collaboration—giving you a high performance overall.
