Rachael Orchard has reinvented herself multiple times and now shares the lessons learned through speaking, writing and travel.
Life rarely follows the route we planned.
For Rachael Orchard, the journey has included raising two children as a single parent, building a coaching practice, publishing a book, retraining as an Emergency Medical Technician during Covid and ultimately fulfilling a promise to travel the world.
Along the way she discovered that growth rarely comes from certainty. It comes from adapting to change, overcoming obstacles and finding the courage to begin again.
Today, Rachael combines those experiences as an author, speaker and traveller, sharing practical lessons on resilience, mindset and personal growth through speaking engagements, enrichment lectures and the PASSION framework she developed from years of study, observation and lived experience.

Travel has never simply been about visiting destinations or collecting passport stamps. It represents promises kept, goals achieved and a curiosity that has remained constant through every stage of life.
Long before stepping aboard a world cruise, Rachael made a promise to herself and her children. Once they had completed their education and started building lives of their own, she would finally pursue the travel ambitions she had carried for years.
Those journeys are not separate from the story. They are the result of it.
Every destination represents a decision, every voyage reflects a lesson and every horizon serves as a reminder that growth often begins where familiarity ends.

The Journey Gives The Talks Their Weight
The PASSION framework was never intended to be a theoretical coaching model.
It emerged from real-world challenges, years of study and a desire to understand why some people successfully navigate change whilst others remain stuck.
After studying coaching, behavioural psychology, neuroscience and personal development, Rachael noticed something interesting. Regardless of the discipline, the same themes appeared repeatedly.
PASSION became a way of bringing those ideas together into a practical framework that could be understood, remembered and applied in everyday life.
The framework eventually became a published book, webinars, workshops and now forms the foundation of many of the talks and discussions Rachael delivers today.

Single Parent
Following divorce, Rachael found herself navigating life as a single mother of two young children. The experience challenged her assumptions, strengthened her resilience and ultimately led her to seek new tools for personal growth and communication.
Coach
Coaching provided a new perspective. It changed how she approached challenges, relationships and decision-making. Over time she accumulated hundreds of coaching hours, delivered workshops and facilitated seminars focused on helping others navigate change.
Author
Years of research and practical experience eventually evolved into PASSION, a framework designed to simplify complex ideas around behavioural change, personal responsibility and sustainable growth.
Emergency Medical Technician
When Covid disrupted the coaching industry almost overnight, Rachael chose not to stand still. She retrained as an Emergency Medical Technician and joined the NHS frontline.
World Traveller
Travel had always been part of the plan. As her children moved into adulthood and university life, she finally fulfilled a long-held ambition to explore the world more extensively.

PASSION Toolset began as a personal attempt to understand why some people successfully create lasting change while others repeatedly lose momentum.
Drawing on years of coaching, behavioural study and lived experience, Rachael developed a simple framework designed to help people recognise obstacles, regain direction and build sustainable progress.
The framework was published as PASSION Toolset and later adapted into workshops, webinars and speaking programmes.
Today, the book remains both a practical guide and a reflection of the journey that inspired it.
